The Town of Princeton is embarking on the development of a comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan that will guide the future growth and enhancement of our recreational spaces for the next 10 years. This plan will outline strategies to meet the diverse needs and interests of our community members.
The Recreation Master Plan will be strongly grounded in the community and include an inventory of current recreation facilities and programs, a community needs assessment, a vision for recreation in Princeton, recommendations for new and expanded facilities and programs, and an implementation plan with funding strategies over the next 10 years.
The recreation master plan focuses on recreation service in Princeton, which serve residents of the Town and area. Your input is important to ensure the plan reflects the community's needs and values!
How can you get involved:
- Community input is integral in creating a strong vision, goals, and recommendations for the plan. Stay tuned for an opportunity to share your feedback on the Draft Recreation Master Plan on the Town’s website in the fall of 2025.
